    Beyond a long standing passion for excellent food and service, The Roof offers the most unique dining experience for your most important business and personal moments. The Roof offers an array of dining and drinking experiences through our dining area, lounge and patio overlooking the beautiful Brooks lake. So, whatever the occasion we have the perfect setting.

    Our corner booth is your private dining hideaway within The Roof and can comfortably accommodate up to 25 guests.

    Party Size:
    We want to make sure you and your guests have plenty of room to move around and mingle with others. In order for us to prepare ourselves in advance, we would like to know the total number of attendees and if any of them will only be stopping by or if all of them will be dining with us.

    Event Area:
    In order for us to accommodate all scheduled events, we generally allow a 2 ½ hours per event and can be extended for additional Food & Beverage cost or a flat fee. The entire venue can be booked for Lunch, Sunday Brunch, or Dinner any day of the week or any evening for a minimum Food & Beverage cost per person. Unlike elsewhere, our balcony overlooks Brooks Lake and Sugar Land’s Downtown skyline. This Event Area is one of the most beautiful and breathtaking areas we offer to capture your private moments as you sip your favorite cocktails or wine along with small plates of Hors d'oeuvres to compliment your drinks. If you reserve entire venue for your event, the Balcony will be included and dinner on the Brooks Lake can be arranged from a Pre-set menu.

    The entire Venue including the Balcony accommodates approximately 350 guests or 300 guests for Venue only (excluding the Balcony). For smaller events, the Balcony and Lounge both can accommodate approximately 40 – 50 guests per area, and the Main Dining can accommodate approximately 75 – 100 guests.

    20% gratuity is required on all groups of 6 or more.

    Menu Selection:
    All Pre-set Menu selections are priced per guests unless otherwise noted and do not include taxes, service fees, or 20% gratuity.
    Reservations of 20 or more guests are required to use a Pre-set Menu. For your convenience, our Chef has created four different menus to choose from, or customize a menu of your choice. If you would prefer a different type of cuisine not offered on our menu (Indian, Italian, Mexican, Vietnamese, etc.), our Chefs are very knowledgeable, capable, and fully equipped to prepare any type of international cuisine. Tastings of menu items are available upon request. All menu selections must be finalized 5 days prior of your event so we accommodate accordingly.

    Cake or Cup Cakes Fee:
    If you bring your own cake or cup cakes for your event there will is a $2 per person fee.

    Staging Service:
    We offer outside staging services to help you decorate for your event. This service has direct pass-through fees with 20% gratuity added to the third-party’s services.

    Videographer or Photographer:
    We do allow a Photographer or Videographer to capture those special moments! Unless you have reserved entire venue, the Photographer and/or Videographer must remain in your reserved designated area to minimize the disturbance to other guests. A minimum $75 service fee of is required to allow photography and/or videography services at your event.
    Do you anticipate having a Photographer, Videographer, or both at your event?

    Audio & Visual:
    We have 148” motorized screen with projector for any video or slide presentation in our main dining area. If you are reserving our entire Main Dining area or entire Venue, you may reserve the projector and screen. A $125 Audio/Visual service fee is required for this service.

    Is Audio/Visual needed?

    We want you and your guests to enjoy every moment of the special occasion. You may hire and bring your own DJ or live band if, and only if, you reserve the entire venue. If you do not have access to DJ or live band, our Event Manager will be glad to assist you in scheduling one.

    Do you anticipate bringing your own DJ or Live Band?

    Valet Service:
    Valet Service is available for your event. If you would like to provide complimentary valet service to your guests, a service fee per vehicle is required. This service has direct pass-through fees with 20% gratuity added to the third-party’s services.

    Event Confirmation & Payment:
    In order to secure your reservation, a 25% deposit is required which will be applied towards your final bill. Payment in full is due at the end of your event. Separate checks are not allowed for groups of 10 or more guests.

    Cancellation Policy:
    Should the need arise for you to cancel your event more than 5 days prior to your event, your deposit will be fully refunded. The Roof reserves the right to charge 50% of the deposit amount as a cancellation fee should you decide to cancel your event after the 5-day cancellation requirement. To cancel your event, you must speak directly to the Event Manager, no exceptions.
